We’re proud to share that Muhammad Sibi, Founder and Director of SibiNet Limited, has been appointed as the new Chair of the Future Skills Theme Group at Constructing Excellence Midlands.
This appointment reflects Muhammad’s growing influence in shaping the future of skills, inclusion, and workforce innovation across the construction industry, not just in the Midlands, but nationwide.

Starting his career in 2019 as a site labourer, Muhammad brings a powerful lived perspective to the role, one shaped by experience, resilience, and a deep understanding of the barriers faced by individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
Through SibiNet, he has built a platform that connects diverse talent with inclusive employers, helping companies deliver social value and meet growing workforce demands, while empowering individuals to build long-term, meaningful careers.
